Prefer to store on our property? We offer short-term and long-term leases on our secured 12-acre storage facility in Fort Collins. Security features include a four-foot berm, six-foot solid fence, three-strand security wire, coded keypad gate, and an on-site manager.

How Delivery Works in Colorado
Delivery follows a simple process.
- Call or request a quote. Tell us what you need, the size, rent or buy, and your delivery address.
- We confirm availability and pricing. You choose your container from our lot or reserve the next available unit.
- We schedule delivery. Our driver brings the container on a roll-back or tilt-bed truck.
- We place it on your site. You provide a level surface. Our driver handles placement. No crane needed for standard containers.
You need a level surface that can support the container’s weight (2,500 to 10,000 lbs depending on size). Standard clearance is 70 feet for 20ft units and 100 feet for 40ft units. You also need 14 feet of overhead clearance for the truck.
